I carefully looked over this toy.

Here are the condition issues I noticed:

Apparently some part(s) are missing on the tanker body( mid to top area) Probably on the back too. I see the remains of a clear plastic hose coming out of the tanker body.

There is a chain underneath. I am not sure what it was for.

I am not sure about the wheels. They may or may not be missing hubcaps or wheel covers. I am pretty sure the front wheel assembly is not original. Probably a "Dad" repair. My best guess is they are from a promotional car model. Either AMT or Jo-Han.

The frame seems that it is "flexed" upwards between the cab and tanker area. At least it appears that way to me. It is not severe, but enough to make note of it.

The unpainted metal parts are tarnished or have surface rust.

There are small areas of surface rust due to paint loss. The paint has scuffs and small scratches.

The "skirt" around the bottom of the tanker body has dents. One on the right side and a smaller one on the back.

If this was a friction motor toy, it is not working.

It is offered as seen and described with the condition issues mentioned.
