I did find a George Durner Jeweler who owned a store on Third Street in Milwaukee, WI during this time period but I don't know for sure that this is from his store.

Measures 9 3/8" x 3 7/8" overall. Calendar portion measures 2.25" x 1 5/8".

Printed on a heavy tan cardstock with silver lettering. The calendar pages are white and sewn on.  It contains all of the months with no writing or tears to the pages. There are a few age spots present and the ribbon is slightly frayed. A great piece of Victorian advertising!
