This is a New watch. It is functioning properly. It is in excellent condition. It still has the tags and some of the manufacturer's plastic on it, but it does have marks on the case back where a retail store employee tried to remove the back to change the battery. It does not affect the functionality of the watch nor can it be seen while the watch is worn.
