According to research, this Red Wing Scottie Dog ash receiver was made in the 1930's.  Number 877 as well as Red Wing is etched in the bottom of this fabulous find.  The color is a reddish brown, although I see that similar ones are described as pink? He/she measures 5 1/2" tall by 3 1/2" wide.
