Hummel Figurine: Hum 9 "Begging His Share" TMK1, transitional to TMK2, with both Incised Crown mark and Stamped Full Bee in black.  This piece was originally called "Congratulatory Visit".  The boy carries a cake with a hole in the center, intended as a candle holder. With later models the hole was eliminated.  "Begging His Share" was one of the original 46 pieces released in 1935.

Condition:  Excellent condition commensurate with age; very slight crazing to underside of base; no evident chips, breaks, or repairs; very slight firing artifact to on base, to left of left shoe.
