First Cameo Appearance of HIM (Adam Warlock) • Classic Silver Age Key
Up for sale is Fantastic Four #67 from October 1967, published by Marvel Comics. This issue features the first cameo appearance of the character known as HIM, who would later become the popular cosmic hero Adam Warlock. The dramatic cover shows the Fantastic Four reacting to a mysterious flaming cocoon.
This is a low to mid-grade copy. The front cover shows heavy yellowing and browning, particularly along the bottom and right edges. There is a small tear at the bottom of the spine that extends through the cover and into a few interior pages. The spine has minimal wear overall. Interior pages are complete and readable. A solid reading copy or affordable key for collectors seeking the first appearance of HIM / Adam Warlock.
