It's a best quality, stylish and versatile insulated zip-up vest from Talbots Petites. The color is golden beige with a satin-like sheen. The lightweight fabric is quilted and the lining is quilted. It has a band collar and 2 zippered pockets on the lower front. It also has an inside security zippered pocket built into the lining.
