One (1) rare antique lacquer tsuba.  Peacock design.  Wooden core decorated with makie lacquer and mother of pearl inlays.  Signed but edge of signature missing.  Mid to late Edo Period, 1700-1862.  Fair condition- minor wear, some losses to lacquer on reverse and side (see pictures#11 and #12).  Some repainting on reverse near top (see picture #12).  Measures 2 3/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches and 1/4 inch thick.  Nakago ana measures 1 inch by 3/16 inch.  See my other sword fittings and Japanese and Chinese antiques.  Shipping will be by USPS Ground Advantage-$10.22 including insurance.  Will combine shipping on multiple purchases and refund buyer any excess shipping charges.
