Each quantity purchased is for 1 wheel.  Wheel is in good cosmetic condition. Wheel drove fine. Before listing wheel was put on a balancer and you could see a very small dip on the inner lip when spun. Wheel tech. said he believes it is not enough to feel.  I couldn't see any issues by looking at it. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. If you want a 100% perfect wheel, then this is not for you.
