ECM Motors and Modules are programmed and / or wired to work with specific equipment. If you are purchasing this for use in anything except a Carrier Bryant or Payne Furnace with all part numbers and specs above matching exactly, this is NOT the correct part and there is a good chance it will not work correctly in your equipment.

ECM motors and modules are intended for sale to and installation by licensed HVAC professionals, with the training, experience, knowledge and tools to correctly diagnose issues with them, and install them correctly. The same symptoms and service codes that can point to an ECM blower motor and / or ECM module, can be caused by many other problems including airflow restrictions, control board issues, wiring issues and more.
If you don’t know what and how to check to confirm this is what you need, and you don’t have the tools to do so, purchasing a part like this is a gamble.
While it is possible for someone who is not an HVAC professional to correctly assess issues with ECM motors and modules, it is significantly more likely they could have issues.
This is not a part you can try and then return if you discover it wasn’t what you needed.

Used. Checked in and removed from a working furnace with an ECM checker by two HVAC professional professionals.
Our ECM checker does a very thorough job. It interrupts the signal from the furnace and takes over operation of the motor through the controller, varies the speed, and checks the condition of both the controller and the motor. This is a much more thorough check than basic ECM checkers that measure voltage and resistance.
Please see photos. The ECM Motor and Controller you see in the photos is the part you will receive.

Shipped promptly after purchase via USPS Priority Mail - with tracking and insurance. If your order is paid for before midnight Eastern time it will ship the next morning….. including Saturday morning.
I pack securely and address clearly, to give your package the best chance of arriving there promptly and safely. It’s been a long time since I’ve had an issue shipping. But just in case your shipment is insured through the US Postal Service..
I do not profit from shipping.
Shipping costs computed based on the actual postage to ship. I do not charge a handling fee, I do NOT charge for packing materials or anything other than the actual postage cost.
I offered two options USPS Ground Advantage service - and for that Ebay will compute the shipping cost based on the weight size and distance. If they don’t charge enough I will pay the shortage. If they charge too much I will refund any overcharge greater than one dollar.
Shipping by USPS priority mail in a flat rate box costs exactly $34 postage anywhere within the US. If the ground advantage charge computed by eBay is more than $34 I will refund the amount over $34 and ship via priority mail instead - so $34 is the most you will pay for shipping within the US regardless of what Ebay charges you.
If for some reason I can ship for less I will and I will refund any overcharged greater than one dollar.
If you purchase more than one item - I will combine shipping if possible.
International shipping is handled through ebays global forwarding program. They pay me the actual cost to send it to their forwarding center in Illinois and from their ebays takes over. They determine the amount they charge you, they take care of customers, paperwork, and the delivery.
eBay also covers the cost of any returns.
Ebays, global forwarding program is an excellent value. I cannot ship internationally for even close to amount they charge and do it myself.
Local pick up is not available. Please understand I cannot leave or interrupt work to meet someone to purchase a part. And I do not sell within 25 miles of Akron Canton Ohio. That could possibly be competing against the company I work for.

Manufacturers and suppliers of HVAC equipment and parts recommend installation and servicing only by licensed HVAC professionals. Many if not most suppliers of HVAC equipment and parts will only sell to licensed HVAC contractors.
A significant amount of education, training, and hands-on experience is required to become a Licensed HVAC Professional. While professionals can also make mistakes, it is MUCH more likely someone trying to fix their own equipment will have an issue. A high percentage of my parts are sold to other professionals…..it’s been literally years since a professional purchased one of my parts and asked to return it.
People trying to fix their own equipment often purchase the wrong part, or they misdiagnose the issue and buy a part that was not what was needed to fix their equipment, or they install it incorrectly.
Parts like this with an electronic component (ECM) can be easily damaged by mishandling or improper installation. I can’t look at this part and see if it works properly - often damage to electronic components is not visible. If it’s returned I can’t be sure it still works properly unless I have a working furnace on hand that uses this specific part to check it in, and that’s very unlikely - so I cannot sell it again.
While it is possible for someone who is not an HVAC Professional to fix their own equipment ….perhaps by watching YouTube videos and / or viewing online articles - it is significantly more likely someone trying to fix their own equipment will have issues than a licensed, HVAC professional.
Thats why my return policy is different for licensed HVAC professionals than it is for others.
