Here is a 1976 NFL FOOTBALL Media TV Slide I have for sale.  The slide measures 2” x 2” and has the player name, position, team name and slide number on the front.   These came in a box (picture of the box is shown) and also the list of the players that was in the box is shown in another picture.   I have lists of these that are for sale for $1.99 (Commons), $5.99 (minor stars) and also other star player singles for sale on Ebay.
