Disc has various light scuffs and a little finger smudging (some of this might be cleanable, but I'm selling "as is"). Tested for about 15 minutes of gameplay. Case has price sticker residue, various scuffs/scratches, and a little black marker ink. Paper sleeve insert has bumps/indentations but is intact. Booklet is complete. No water damage, odors, or mold.
