New Note on Shipping

It seems eBay is taking a percentage of all shipping I charge you, and then PayPal takes their percentage. Having said this, I have found I am losing between $0.50 cents to $1.50 on every package I send out. This is wrong of them, but it means I have to add a "handling charge" to all packages I mail out. I cannot put proof of delivery on packages out of the United States. If you want to have the package tracked, add $30.00 to shipping, or you accept (by bidding) that the US Customs label is acceptable as proof of delivery.
