Welcome to the listing of my Ibiza 1.8t. This car has been built over the last 4 years as a personal project but the time has come to sell it due to the fact of needing a more practical family car. A serious amount of time and money has been put into this car making it the perfect hot hatch but a still usable daily driver.

Good points

*BAM engine conversion, forged max speeding rods, mahle pistons, acl big end and main bearings, pierburg oil pump, head fully rebuilt with super tech valve guides, new valves, port and polished head, aks inlet injector cups, ally coolant flanges, skf cam belt kit and waterpump, skf timing chain and tensioner in head. Engine is stock bore size so done very little work previously oil and filter 5w 40 millers nano tech

*vr6 clutch and g60 flywheel keeping the stock 5 speed box

*custom wiring loom retaining bam ecu plus all standard sensors for easy mapping and diagnostics 

*custom 3” stainless 316 exhaust turbo back due to the complexity of the down pipe running a KO4 in a small engine bay like this. The exhaust is quiet loud with only one silencer fitted but not silly 

*stock KO4 turbo no cracking on the hot side at all which is a common issue on these

*stock exhaust manifold fully ported

*stage 3 supporting mods bar and plate intercooler with custom pipe work, dw intank fuel pump, tip pipe with 3 inch maf and piper cross filter, custom catch can with an fittings in engine, 4 bar fuel pressure regulator.

*battery relocated to under boot floor in custom mount brand new battery fitted

*ac retained 

*stage 2 ecu running 287hp

*jom coilovers 

*full underside stripped back, cleaned and waxoyled so is immaculate 

*full respray carried out due to lacquer peel and rust around windscreen, the car was fully stripped back to bare metal, rust repairs carried out and fully painted. The car was repainted by me in my garage so isn’t a perfect job with some minor imperfections etc. The car looks really good but it isn’t a pro paint shop spec job.

*powder coated stock wheels fitted with Toyo proxy’s all round

*cupra front bumper

*brembo discs and pads all round

Bad points 

*paint work has the odd imperfection the worse been a small amount of lacquer damage on front bumper due to a stone chip and washing the car 

*engine management light is on the car due to the 2nd lambda not been mapped out and the decat been fitted

*traction control light on dash due to the fact of bam engine ecu having the incorrect abs chassis number this can be rectified via Ross tech

The car is ready to go as per the description it’s been a long term project with all the right bits fitted. Pulls very well with plenty of power and handles just as well. Forged engine so will last forever if serviced kept up with. All mods above carried out within the last 5k miles. Heart breaking after all the work but needs to be moved on to someone who’s going to use it and enjoy it
