This hub has been drilled so that there are 36 extra holes to lighten the hub. They are not the right size to use spokes.  There are 36 spoke holes.  The hub is currently built at 124mm, but I believe there are some extra spacers added and that the original size was probably closer to 120.  The spindle does not turn smoothly so you will definitely have to rebuild the grease and bearings.  No guarantee on the condition of cups and cones.
