Size is an Extra Large (XL) made by Soccer King. Front of jersey has team crest embroidered on. Also sponsor logo "HVBJ Surgeons" is heat-pressed on. Back of jersey has number 17 heat-pressed on. No names used on back. Left sleeve has the USL logo sewn on. Team has played in the Premier Development League (PDL - 4th Division) or USL League 2 since 1999.
