My knowledge of Swagger sticks is limited, so please bear with me.

This is an interesting piece. It looks like it could have been used as a "Multi-tool" because of the different elements attached.

I believe the wood is likely blackthorn or some similar briar wood. It looks like it was well used. The paint has worn a good bit in the area where a hand would have regularly gripped it.

It measures 23 3/4" long by 1" in diameter on the metal handle. The knob is silver in color, and it is non-magnetic, but I don't know what the metal is. It is covered in pock marks. While I can't say for sure, it looks like it has been used as a tack hammer on multiple occasions.

In the center is a gold colored FOE (Fraternal Order of Eagles) logo pin attached.

On the tip is a steel blade. It measures about 1".

I don't know if it was a military piece or if it was specifically made for an FOE member.

Message with questions. Thanks for looking.
