These 3 postcards were found together, so I'm keeping them that way. At least one of them is identified as being from East Liverpool, OH. The other 2 may or may not be from there as well, I just don't know. Any pertinent info is welcome.
All 3 are AZO real photo post cards from the same era.
One has a single firefighter standing next to a steam-powered pumper. The back has what looks to be a later message written in ballpoint pen that reads, "East Liverpool Fire Dept taken 4/27/07. Chas. S. Jones age 21." A close look at the young man's helmet shows that it says "East Liverpool FD" along with the number 19. The pumper shows a good bit of shiny brass adornments, including a spread wing eagle.
The other 2 cards don't have any readily apparent identifying marks.
One of them looks to be a parade featuring a horse drawn fire engine with lots of onlookers. The back has a typewritten message that reads, "This is the wagon that you and I will ride in, Some class to this cab, Ha Ha."
The last one is a group photo with 9 firefighters in uniform. The date 4/27/1919 is written on the back.
The 3rd man from the right looks like he could possibly be Charles Jones from the first photo, but it is difficult to say for sure.
All 3 cards have minor condition issues. Two of them have broken off corners, and all have general overall wear.
Message with questions. Thanks for looking.
