Cristal D'Arques, lead crystal bud vase, with an elegant tapered effect in the centre. 

Has a squared top with round opening. Estimated to be from 1980s.
Dimensions (approx) - Roughly 6 3/4" in height. 

The opening at the top is just under 2" in diameter.
