• Radiation Hardening: Built using a dielectrically isolated BiCMOS process, it is immune to single-event latch-up and highly resistant to single-event transients. Tested for 300krad(Si) total dose.

• Outputs: Features dual alternating outputs operating from zero to less than 50% duty cycle.

• Internal Components: Includes a precision voltage reference, a wide-band error amplifier, a high-frequency oscillator, and a fast current-limit comparator

• Temperature: Fully specified to operate across a temperature range of -50°C to +125°C.
