One new intersil IS9-1825ASRH-Q, P/N 5962F0251101VXC radiation hardened high speed, dual output, pulse width modulator.
- Radiation Hardening: Built using a dielectrically isolated BiCMOS process, it is immune to single-event latch-up and highly resistant to single-event transients. Tested for 300krad(Si) total dose.
- Outputs: Features dual alternating outputs operating from zero to less than 50% duty cycle.
- Internal Components: Includes a precision voltage reference, a wide-band error amplifier, a high-frequency oscillator, and a fast current-limit comparator
- Temperature: Fully specified to operate across a temperature range of -50°C to +125°C.
