Sichtbar ist derzeit etwa 1 cm des Fossils. Aufgrund der erkennbaren Umrisse und Proportionen dürfte das Exemplar nach vollständiger Freilegung eine Länge von etwa 13–15 mm erreichen.

Besonders bemerkenswert ist die erkennbare Weichteilerhaltung des Verdauungssystems im Kopfbereich, ein Merkmal, für das die Chengjiang-Fauna weltweit berühmt ist.

Offered for sale is an intriguing unprepared specimen of Naroia sp. from the world-famous Chengjiang Biota of Yunnan Province, China. These deposits date to the Lower Cambrian, approximately 518 million years ago, and are renowned for their exceptional preservation of soft-bodied organisms.

Approximately 10 mm of the fossil is currently exposed. Based on the visible outline and proportions, the specimen is estimated to reach a total length of approximately 13–15 mm once fully prepared.

Of particular interest is the visible preservation of the digestive system in the cephalic region. Such soft-tissue preservation is a hallmark of Chengjiang fossils and provides a fascinating glimpse into some of the earliest complex animal life on Earth.
