eBay has recently requested that all sellers prepay customs duties for items shipped from overseas to the United States. 

However, due to a temporary issue with Korea’s EMS system, it is currently not possible to prepay customs duties when shipping from Korea.

As a temporary solution, I will ship the items via UPS instead. If customs duties are charged upon delivery, you can pay them first 

and plz request a refund from me. Then I'm going to make partial refund the amount you paid. 

The customs duties that I will refund to you are already included in the shipping cost.

Please note that this is not a permanent measure, but only a temporary arrangement until Korea’s EMS shipping system is restored.
