Up for bid, is a king Cleveland Cornet model 602 made in the U.S.A.. ( S/ N 651030 ). This instrument comes with a case which is not the original and has signs of inner and outer wear, with scratches, scuffs and dents. This cornet does Not come with a mouthpiece or any accessories. Cosmetically this cornet has signs of age and wear from normal use, with scratches, scuffs, dings, tarnishing and wear on the caps that seat on the valves. This instrument will need a good cleaning and adjustments. Please refer to the pictures included in this listing to describe the above mentioned and the following is a list of the imperfections that are visible. 1) The bottom valve cap is missing on the first valve.
2) The lead pipe and tubing has dings and dents.
3) The 2nd valve slide is stuck in place.
4) The bell tubing towards the back where it curves has a dent and small dents.
5) The 3rd valve slide appears to have had some soldering work.
6) The bell has scratches , nicks, a small bend on the lip and a small dark scuff on one side.
7) The small back tuning slide has a dent.
8) The bell tubing has several small dents.
9) The ring finger and screw are missing.
