A tender, slow dried beef snack that's packed full of nutrients including iron, B12 and as much protein as 2 eggs! Made with thinly sliced organic, grass-fed, grain-free, grass finished air dried steak, it's a clean and satisfying option that'll help you stop eating junk.

Like Jerky, But Better
Unlike most jerky, we naturally preserve our air dried steak (also known as biltong) just as our ancestors did - without nasty preservatives which destroy gut health. A lot of jerky is also surprisingly high in sugar, but not biltong, and it's slow dried which makes it much more tender than jerky. Better is an understatement.

We source our beef from family owned farms where cattle forage freely their whole lives.

Air Dried Steak
70g of beef goes into each 30g serve, we just remove the water leaving all the protein, minerals and essential vitamins.

Zero Sugar
We don't use sugary marinades which means low or no sugar. Any sugar is natural from the spices.

No Antibiotics or Hormones
Free from antibiotics and growth hormones found in the majority of beef.

Easy to Digest
Slow dried which makes it tender, easy to chew, and easy to digest. No jerky lock jaw!

Eat clean on the move! Just beef, salt and a touch of vinegar, nothing else. Slow cooked for tenderness and thinly sliced.

While our whole beef range is suitable for those on a Carnivore diet, everyone's needs are different and some are a little more hardcore than others. That's why this flavour is completely free from herbs and spices, but it's still completely delicious! Vinegar isn't strictly carnivore, but it is an important part of the curing process and represents just 0.08% of the dried product.

Just like slow cooking is better than zapping in a microwave, we slow air dry our beef which means it's naturally more tender and healthier than jerky. Free from all the nasty stuff you usually find in dried and cured meats, very low in sugar and taste the difference with organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Aussie beef. The perfect Carnivore snack.

• Keep in your bag or glove compartment (heat won't affect it) to smash your hunger fast

• Will last up to 12 months without refrigeration. Keep in the fridge or freezer for longer storage. Use within 3 days of opening.

You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days (Australian Customers) or 14 days (International Customers) of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving an incorrect or defective item). Refunds are usually processed within three weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:

All our products come with a Manufacturer's Warranty. As per ACCC Policy & Australian Consumer Law (ACL), unless other stated the Minimum Warranty Period is 1 Year.
