Tape does have some mold on it and will require cleaning before use.

It is in the original box the rarer no barcode version. Case art is in pretty good shape for its age. But does have marks and wear see photos.

VHS tape is used and in acceptable condition because of mold and will need repair if used. But the box is in good shape for its age.
