Lifespan of a machine like this is approximately 15,000 racquets (approx 570,000 pulls)
* a note regarding "Other Pulls"
Because this Baiardo SE is practically brand new (with a very normal total pull count of 17,669), the "Other Pulls" category was sitting at or near 0.
A minor firmware bug, a temporary power hiccup, or a reset sequence during a software calibration caused that specific sub-counter to glitch backward by a single digit. Because it wrapped around to the maximum value of a 32 bit system limit (232 - 1), it now displays that astronomical number 4,294,967,295.
What should you do?
Don't panic: This does not mean your machine has hidden wear and tear, nor does it affect the tension accuracy, calibration, or pull mechanism of the turntable.
The Fix: Usually, a factory reset of the statistics or a future firmware update from Wilson will clear the glitch and cycle it back to a normal state. If it bothers you or stays frozen, reaching out to Wilson's technical support can provide the specific button-combination sequence to wipe the diagnostic logs.
