Pobjoy Mint Lunar 'South Pole of the Moon' 50p, dated 2023 and issued on behalf of the British Antarctic Territory. Struck in cupro-nickel with a diamond finish, this seven-sided coin features the surface of the moon on the reverse, incorporating the official NASA logo reproduced with special permission, and an effigy of King Charles III on the obverse, approved by Buckingham Palace. With a limited mintage of just 1,950 pieces, a distinctive and collectable coin. As one of the final issues before the Pobjoy Mint's closure in late 2023, it holds particular appeal for collectors.
