This is an antique J. Reichenback black collapsible top hat. I think it's silk. The circumference is 22 3/4". It's a German made hat. Made in the early 1900's. It does have some wear and light marks. The wire inside is sticking out slightly on the one side.  It has some loose threads. Has a slight vintage smell. It's a little mishaped and in the back It's bent up.
