Vintage tin litho wind up dog with a key and it still has the bone in its mouth along with the fly on the butt.  Although the bone is a bit rusty it is there.  You can wind it up but it doesn't engage.  If you turn the tail the head does move up and down.  It is missing litho and it does not work.
