Vintage Roberts & Belk "Romney Plate" silver plated mug/tankard dating from the Edwardian to early Art Deco period, approximately c.1910–1930s. 11.5cm tall. 

A handsome piece with a traditional Georgian revival design, featuring a straight-sided body with decorative bands and a shaped C-scroll handle. Produced by the respected Sheffield firm Roberts & Belk and finished in their quality Romney Plate silver plating.

Good vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with use and age. Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description.The most noticeable wear is around the handle attachment points where generations of use have gently rubbed the plating. This authentic wear pattern is often seen on antique and vintage silver-plated drinking vessels and reflects the item's long history of practical use.
