Build to Order Macs
Custom Build-to-Order (BTO) Macs
Any Build-to-Order Mac — where it must be ordered directly from Apple on a
per-machine basis — will take longer to arrive. These are Macs built specifically
for you: extra RAM, upgraded processor, extra storage, or a non-standard
keyboard. Standard configurations we keep in stock. If unsure whether it's a
BTO (they normally show longer delivery times), just drop us a message.
The displayed dispatch time is a guideline (not a guarantee) of how long Apple will take to send us your computer, after which we dispatch it to you.
No retailers — including Apple — keep custom BTO models in stock.
Once built and dispatched, UK delivery is via 24-hour express service (DHL). International deliveries will take a little longer.
⚠️ BTO orders cannot be cancelled as we cannot return them to Apple for a refund.

Is Windows pre-installed?
No — Windows is configured on the included dock and ready to use, but not pre-installed. Your Mac arrives sealed with macOS as standard. Windows runs as a virtual machine via VMware Fusion Pro and can be launched instantly from the dock.
Do I need Windows?
No — if you'd prefer macOS only, or just Office for Mac, please let us know and we'll configure accordingly. That said, Windows adds real flexibility to any computer and boosts resale value when you come to upgrade in the future.
Is Office a subscription?
No. Microsoft Office for Mac is a fully licensed perpetual copy — no ongoing subscription required.
Are our machines new and genuine?
Yes. All our computers come from genuine Apple distributors, who we have worked with for over 20 years. The same people who supply Currys, Amazon, Argos, John Lewis etc. Full Apple warranty on all new computers.
Can I add AppleCare+?
