COMPATIBILITY ASSURANCE: PLEASE READ
To ensure you receive the correct component for your repair, please do not purchase based on visual appearance or part numbers alone.
Why? Most appliances have multiple versions of the same part depending on the serial number or production date.
The Model Tag: Please locate the model number sticker on your appliance (usually found on the door frame, behind the kickplate, or on the rear panel).
Verification: If you are unsure, send us a quick message with your model number. Our team will verify fitment within 24 hours to prevent a delay in your repair.
SHIPPING & REFUND TERMS
By completing this purchase, you agree to the following shop policies:
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping is a separate service cost and is non-refundable for all returns involving buyer error, misdiagnosis, or incorrect part selection.
RETURN SHIPPING: For any non-defective return, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
30-DAY TERMS: Returns are accepted for 30 days. Items must be returned in their original, sent condition.
USAGE DEDUCTIONS: In accordance with eBay Seller Protection, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the refund if the item is returned with signs of installation, tool marks, or buyer-inflicted damage.
TECHNICAL DEFECT CLAIMS
We pride ourselves on quality-tested inventory. If you believe a part is faulty, we require the following to process your claim:
Diagnosis Details: A brief description of the testing performed or error codes received that led to this conclusion.
Model Match: The model number of the machine the part was installed in.
Bench Testing: All returns are re-tested upon arrival. If the component is found to be fully functional, it will be processed as a "Buyer Remorse" return, and shipping costs will be deducted accordingly.
INTEGRITY & SECURITY
Quality Control: Each part is reclaimed and technician-tested for core functionality.
Anti-Fraud Marking: Our parts are marked with unique identification and security seals. Returns that are missing these marks or are found to be "part swaps" will be reported to eBay and the refund will be voided.
