A Ray-Ban classic that's in very good condition, with typical signs of wear, including scuffs and blemishes to thee frame and lenses (see pics).  The socks could use a good cleaning, or replacing.  Lenses for this model are sold on eBay.  The case pictured is included in this listing.  Italian quality and style!
