In good condition, with typical signs of moderate wear, including noticeable scuffs and blemishes on the frame 

and lenses (see pics).  The lens housing part of the frame is made of rubber, and is somewhat tacky to the touch.  

The case has several cracks, namely on the front flap (see last pic)..Thanks for taking a look!
