SHIPPING
All items are usually shipped the next working day, in some instances items may be shipped the same day if orders are placed before 12 PM however this is not a guaranteed service. Most items, excluding large or heavy ones, will be shipped using Royal Mail 48 tracked service. Other postage options are available at an additional cost. Large & heavy items will be shipped using a tracked courier service. We understand the need for extra care in how items are packaged so that they arrive with you in one piece. All items will be appropriately packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. All of our cardboard boxed games come with free plastic box protectors to ensure they arrive with you in the same condition as the images you see on our listings. All Funko Pops come with a free box protector. All Pokemon cards will be sleeved and in a DO NOT BEND mailer. Any expensive cards will also include a free toploader. We ship internationally using the eBay Global Shipping Program and all associated costs for shipping, import fees etc are provided by eBay so we are unable to alter this.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made via approved eBay methods. No payments will be accepted outside of eBay unless cash on collection is arranged prior to purchasing. Immediate payment is required on all buy it now listings & payments will be chased after 48 hours on all auctions.
