Designed for use with the Still Spirits Air Still Boiler, this innovative head unit allows you to create both clean neutral spirits and flavour-rich botanical distillates. The versatile design features interchangeable distillation tips, enabling operation in both reflux and pot still modes depending on your preferred style.
In reflux mode, the unit can achieve up to 90% ABV, producing exceptionally clean and refined spirits. In pot still mode, it can reach up to 80% ABV, helping to preserve desirable flavours and aromas from fruits, botanicals and other ingredients.
The integrated botanical basket allows vapours to pass through herbs, spices and citrus peels during distillation, making it ideal for creating custom botanical recipes and flavour profiles.
An automatic foreshots collection system captures the first 30 ml of distillate in a dedicated glass vial, simplifying the process and improving convenience. Unlike many traditional reflux systems, the Air Still Pro features a self-cooling column design, eliminating the need for an external water cooling source.
