My best guess is that it's circa 1980s.

It is a multifunctional bifold travel wallet.  It is made of genuine rich pebbled black leather.

It is blind-embossed on the upper front cover with the word "PASSPORT", and on the lower back cover with the WILSON LEATHER brand.

It opens up to reveal several compact compartments.

It will hold lots of important items despite the smaller size.

There is a section with slots for credit cards and a window slip pocket for ID.

The center section holds your passport in the front and there are slip pockets on the back for miscellaneous documents and business cards.

The inside of the back cover also has a roomy slip pocket.

The entire length of the top opens up to hold cash, etc.

There is even a loop holding a miniature ballpoint pen.

It is silver tone colored metal.

It seems to be a very nice quality pen.

It needs a new refill as it is out of ink, but it functions properly.

The entire wallet measures approximately as follows:

• 5⅞" from top to bottom.
• 4½" from side to side.
• empty it is about 1" thick.
