It is the work of the author Alexandre Louis Joseph, Marquis of Laborde, Count of the Empire. This engraving belongs to his work entitled "Voyage Pittoresque et Historique de l'Espagne" (1806-1820). Laborde counted on a group of draftsmen to create the illustrations for this work, among which Jacques Moulinier, François Ligier, Dutailly, Jean-Lubin Vauzelle and Constant Bourgeois stand out.
