This is the "AP" edition of the Pen & Card Case Set. "AP" stands for Artists Proof, meaning this is a factory sample used for approval purposes by the designer. Packaging, pen and card case are laser marked: AP. Very few of these samples were made.
From ACME's Site: The "Rubber Soul" Pen & Card Case set comes from "The Beatles Collection" by ACME Studio. This part of the collection consists of 13 different Limited Edition Roller Ball and Card Case sets, one for every UK album they ever produced. Only 1000 of each set has been made. Each set comes packaged in a mini album cover. "Rubber Soul" was released on December 03, 1965. It spent 42 weeks on the charts, with nine of those being Number One.
