For best results, the non-stick surface should be conditioned by wiping the interior with a light coating of cooking oil. Use only nylon or wooden utensils. Never use metal utensils in the pan, as it will cut the surface. After cooking, remove pan from heat and let cool. Do not pour water onto a hot pan, as it can cause warping. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad that is non-stick safe. Dishwasher safe.
