This 1889 Morgan Silver Dollar in a Choice BU Grade Range is pretty much 100% White. More importantly, this coin is a confirmed VAM-19A, a Top 100 and WOW VAM Variety.
This variety is most notable for the die break on top of eagle's right wing showing as a short parallel bar. It is further authenticated by confirming the presence of the die crack that starts by star 1 running through the base of the neck and into the 1 on the date.

PCI eventually went on to change ownership a handful of times (including having sold to Hallmark before repurchasing the brand an d switching to the gold borders a few years later).
