A vintage lampshade with an elegant scalloped form and soft fabric covering. A decorative and practical piece, ideal for use with a table lamp, standard lamp, or as a replacement shade for a period interior.

Constructed from a metal frame with a fabric outer covering and decorative braided trim. The shaped empire form and scalloped edge give it a traditional look, likely dating from the late 20th century. The floal design makes it easy to pair with a wide range of lamp bases and interior styles.

Condition
In well used vintage condition. Showing age and use with surface marks, minor discolouration, and general wear to the fabric covering. There are some small marks and areas of age-related staining visible on close inspection. The internal frame remains intact and usable, with age-related wear and surface rust visible to the internal metal supports and fitting area.

Would benefit from a good clean and polish, or ideal for refinishing. The frame may need straightening / aligning once on the lamp.
