Vintage Bakelite gavel for the masonic patriotic youth service organization the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls IORG. Small enameled metal adornment features the IORG emblem with the letters BFCL and R.  The letters stand for Bible, Flag, Constitution, Lambskin (for the lambskin aprons worn by masons), and Rainbow.   Butterscotch colored Bakelite tested Simichrome positive.
