Vintage styling dates this lovely dress to the 1990s, especially the shoulder pads.  Classic western wear, swing dancing style!  Just above the boot length, or ankle length if you are short like me!  

Made of 100% cotton floral fabric.  Muted shades of red and green flowers are set upon a black background.  Bodice is embellished with black lace, burgundy fringe and black shiny snaps.  The black snaps also adorn the cuffs.  The waist has small loops for a belt.  

I cannot make out the size on label, but measurements laying flat are 19 1/2" shoulders, 22" chest, 18" waist (elastic with good stretch) and 51" length.

Dress is in excellent condition!  No holes, stains, odors, pilling, etc.  Ready to wear!
