It looks like unfortunatly there was come coffee spilt on this book. Both the cover as well as some of the inside pages show evidence of the spill. The map that was an insert showed of the upper outside corners sticking together due to the spill and when it was opened separately from the book, it peeled a little and had some page transfer, see last 3 photos.  Also, some words have a pencil line crossed through. I did not attempt to erase it, however the words are still legible. See all photos for condition.
