The uppers are excellent.  The bottoms need gluing and I was going to glue them but then I realized that if I did that then they probably couldn't be adjusted with the straps.  I thought that the next owner could adjust them to their liking and then glue.  Still a ton of life left and these could actually be worn as is without repair if you wish.
