Gorgeous pair of matching antique Japanese porcelain dessert/cabinet plates by Morimura Gumi (the makers of Noritake). These stunning 1910s pieces feature the authentic green "RC" (Royal Crockery) backstamp on the underside, dating them to circa 1911-1921.

Each plate showcases heavy, hand-painted gold moriage (raised slip work) with intricate floral scrollwork, relief-molded beading, and vibrant cranberry/maroon accent panels. An ornate gold medallion completes the center of the clean white porcelain blanks. Perfect for display or special occasion tea services.

Condition: Beautiful antique condition. No chips or cracks. Gold gilts appears intact, there are light scratches on one plate from stacking. They don't appear used.
