This black haired little GIRL, dressed in a blue dress, is about 16 Inches tall, sitting on a rocking chair.   This is "LITTLE ONE IN BLUE " and was fashioned by the incredible artist & doll creator, the late Dianne Dengel of Rochester, NY.   She is signed on her back and dated1996.  She is a sweet little girl.
