Up for sale is a authentic vintage United States Postal Service (USPS) Regulation Letter Carrier Winter Parka. Made by the legendary government contractor Horace Small Apparel Company (identified by registry code WPL 7230).

Condition:

Very Good Used Vintage Condition (VGUC). The outer shell fabric, stitching, and snap buttons are fully intact. The original embroidered "U.S. MAIL" standing eagle patch on the front left chest is in beautiful shape. The heavy-duty front zipper functions smoothly. The original insulated, detachable hood is included (which is often missing on these vintage pieces!). Shows light, completely normal signs of vintage wear consistent with official postal service use, but no major flaws, rips, or tears. Clean inside and out.
