Working, but, a few things to note. Firstly, noticed I had the alarm hand hidden in most pics, redid the first one so you can see it, it's there behind the other hands in other pics, lol. Second, the rear battery cover is missing. Three, it keeps time perfect., Fourth, the alarm for whatever reason is 1.5 hours early. I cycled through testing the alarm in every hour, at 1, at 2, at 3, all the way back around until I was testing the alarm at 1 again. At each instance, the alarm was exactly 1 hour and 33 minutes early give or take a minute to be exact. So, if I had set the alarm hand at 8, it would actually start the progressive chime at 6:27. If I set the alarm hand for 9, the alarm would initiate when the time on clock read 7:27. Likewise, for all other times, 1 hour and 33 minutes early. So since clock is keeping time ok, if you need the alarm for an actual wake up of 7 am, set the alarm hand for 8:30. I ran this over a couple days and the clock never moved ahead or forward on the time it kept or how this alarm worked. Other things to note, the plastic housing for the clock feels loose and wants to move in and out some, and the plastic housing viewed from the back also wants to shift some when grabbed or moved. In as much, though the clock and alarm function, I would suggest removing the screws on bottom holding it together and investigating of something is loose in there. Others I have don't shift like this or have an alarm with an offset time. I will be able to ship it such that nothing shifts around. It's not like loose parts in there, the main housing is loose and with some bubble wrap secured tightly will keep it in place. Actually, if you have a spot for this, and it gets there safely, once there and on level ground I think it'd be fine, but for peace of mind the next owner should tinker a little ideally. I'm trying to be as informative and up front as possible. I really love these clocks and they are well made quality vintage items, so hoping for an enthusiastic next owner. The wood is really clean and tight but for a couple little scratches in one side as seen in pics. I'm responsive to messages, I ship items with lots of care, and my reviews are pretty good thanks.
